FAQs
When you purchase this course, you will receive an email with a link to enrol in the course and all the videos will be on your dashboard.
There will be 5 short videos per week of varying times but no longer than 20mins. How long you spend working from the video is up to you. You can return to each video as many times as you like. The more you do, the bigger the transformation, but you could benefit from as little as 10 - 15 mins. The course is designed for you to work around a busy schedule. But it is also giving you permission to slow the pace. You can also spend longer than 4 weeks doing this course if needs be.
You will need lining paper, magazine or old book to create your journal. I will show you in a video that will be available as soon as you enrol. However, this is optional - you could just use your sketchbook. You will need white gesso, modelling paste, glue, collage papers, paints (acrylics are best), oil pastels or wax crayon and tissue paper. If you have anything else, this will be the chance to bring it to the party and try them out and see what happens.
